My skincare story started during my infertility journey, which is how I ended up here. I'm a licensed esthetician, a solo mom to IVF twins, and the one behind every facial at Curated SKKN.

My Skincare Story

  • The hormone treatments that eventually led to my IVF twins completely wrecked my skin. Breakouts. Dryness. Feeling like I didn't recognize myself in the mirror.

    That's when I first learned to actually treat my skin, not just wash my face. Those early routines were about trying to feel like myself again during one of the hardest chapters of my life.

    Fast forward a few years. I had my miracle twins. But my marriage ended, and everything fell apart.

    In August 2023, I packed up my twins and moved from Washington back to California, back home to my parents. Solo mom. No job. Rebuilding from scratch.

    What kept me grounded was my nighttime skincare routine. It became sacred. After the twins were asleep, I had 10–15 minutes that were completely mine. Those moments at the sink reminded me I could still take care of myself when everything else felt like it was falling apart.

    That's when I realized: skincare isn't just about your skin. It's about showing up for yourself.

    If these rituals meant that much to me, what if I could create that experience for other women?

  • One month after moving home, I enrolled in esthetician school. I fast-tracked the program while juggling solo motherhood, and focused on Korean skincare because it's what had helped my own skin — and because it's result-driven and delivers real transformation.

    February 2024, I graduated. March 2024, I got my license. And in August 2024 — exactly one year after moving back to California — I opened Curated SKKN in Anaheim.

    No cookie-cutter menus. I analyze your skin, we talk about what's bothering you and what you actually want, and I design a treatment specifically for you. Your facial won't look like anyone else's, because your skin isn't like anyone else's.

    Most of my clients fall into one of two camps. They're either brand new to skincare and completely overwhelmed by where to start or they've tried everything and still aren't seeing real results. Either way, you're looking for the same thing: a clear path. That's where I come in.

    I use professional-grade equipment; Zemits Verstand HD and Celluma LED, alongside Korean professional skincare and techniques to address acne, scarring, hyperpigmentation, and texture. But every treatment is also built to feel like a reset. Intentional skincare with space to breathe.

    I'm solo. It's just me. You get my heart, my hands, and my full attention every single time.
